TUAKANA
TEINA THURSDAY
On a Thursday after morning tea Tafata from Room 8 comes to read us
a story. We listen carefully to her story and she asks us questions about it.
Then write about it in our own words and sometimes we make ourselves characters
in our own narrative.
Learner
Lead Conferences:
All the
learners in Room 5 are looking forward to sharing their learning with their
Whanau next Wednesday and Thursday. They have been practising their
introductions and are excited about sharing their new goals with you. Please
make sure you come at the right time on the right day and if you can’t make it
please call the office on 836-4919. I look forward to seeing you all there.
Lost of
giggling was going on when we were role playing introducing our parents!
